- All futons are self assembly and come with simple to understand instructions.
- Our colour swatch is as near as possible to the colour you will get. But due to people having different colour settings on their PCs we can not guarantee an exact match. In addition fabric rolls can slightly vary in colour dying. If you require a colour sample please contact us.
- On placing an order you must allow 7 working days for delivery. If you require an urgent delivery please call and we can check we have your requirements in stock.
- Please note that when delivering to the Scottish Highlands or Islands off the mainland there will be an additional delivery charge and it may take more time to get to you. Call for details as we have to get a quote for delivery from our couriers and you will be charged this amount.
- All items purchased remain the property of Futons First until payment has been received in full
- As a company we want you to be happy with your goods. When your items are delivered please inspect the tems fully and sign as damaged if you are unsure that they are completely perfect. If you do find the products are damaged please contact us by e-mail with a photo of the damage immediately or call us immediately and we will then endeavour to get the item replaced as soon as possible.
- If you are unhappy with the goods for any other reason we are happy to collect the goods. Please note all goods will need to be returned in perfect condition with original packaging. However we will recover the cost of return which would be £50 per item deducted from the refund amount. Please also note that if the returned goods are damaged by the couriers we will be unable to make a full refund.
- Criminal activity will be reported to the police, including credit card fraud.
- All items carry a full 12 month manufacturing guarantee.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
